At the last minute we had to delay certification of 12.5 on Android (although on most versions of Android 12.5 works just fine depending on how you have it configured).
I ran across this today and it made me fell a little better as to why we had so much trouble trying to get it right.

I’m happy to say that we have figured out a fail safe solution to the Android version/device issues and will fully support Android version 2.x and up in the next couple weeks.
