iSupport’s permissions allow or prevent access to iSupport functionality throughout the application, and you can use roles to assign feature permissions to individual support representatives or groups. Role functionality is completely configurable; for example, you could create functionality-related roles, title-related roles (with minimal sets of permissions for beginners and a more advanced set of permissions for managers), etc. You can also configure interfaces for different types of users.
