We continue to receive complaints from consumers that isupportteam.com (based in MD) is billing their credit card without their approval. When they contact the customer, they only identify themselves as being from iSupport. This company is illegally using our registered trademark “iSupport”. They do not provide any contact information on their site and they have not responded to multiple cease and desist letters from our attorneys.
If you have been billed by isupportteam.com, please understand that this is not iSupport Software.
We do not bill credit cards and we only sell to businesses.
