We just released iSupport 16.5, which includes enhancements to iSupport’s knowledge, charting, asset management, and reporting functionality. The release includes a new knowledge matching feature, OAuth2 authentication support, increased reporting metrics, enhanced trending chart functionality, and many other customer-requested features.
